Why did ASIC say, when the OM report was used as much of the basis of the SOR, they gave little credence to the report and the veracity of that intelligence channel? More oddness!

Where exactly in the SOR does ASX give a clear reason for the suspension? Nowhere anyone can point too. More oddity!

Why if there is such significant corporate malice in what the detractors are suggesting with their one sentence conclusions, did ASIC allow the demerger of the business? Obviously nothing that serious that they would hang their reputation. Odd.

Further, why did ASIC not formally approve the suspension of ISX and ASX felt they needed to go it alone? Odd.

So you turn up here with a suggestive single line allegation and attempt to weigh it up against all of the above oddity. At least Elma put some thought into it, despite his overwhelming failure record.

I wonder if we'll get a December quarter cash flow statement for ISXFEU? I wonder if it made a loan in the quarter? What do you think?

Just joking, we know very little disclosure is now required, actually I don't think any accounts are required for another year or so?
