Its very easy to have multiple monitors. If you have a AGP/PCI slot with a card, you can add another PCI card for each extra monitor (as Dave says). Its real easy to set up, but be careful, I ran 4 monitors for a while and it stuffed my neck up.
Dual cards are crap!
