I will not be the first to say we r undervalued , I think we have a lot of problems but it’s far out weights with the Supply and demand problem the world is walking blindly into .IMO
I still look at supply and see Growth Growth Growth .
that’s all I see , other problems with funding SP will all come good in time .. as long as supply and growth is moving away from each other
.. those metrics will change , but I can’t see that happening anytime soon ..
again IMO I’ve been wrong plenty times before , I Never stop investing , seem to get more right than wrong ..just!!
