I see you think the release is misleading as well. On your first point I think you are using the wrong cut-off. Xenith Consulting use a 120m cut-off for an open cut mine. Hence, 1bt looks plausible, especially given the limited drilling that has occurred on the Eastern border (where overburden cover is around 50m, providing a good strip ratio).
On your second point – the AB seam comprises a vast part of the resource (3.4bt). Within the AB seam, you chose to highlight the AB2 interval since it has 38.4% ash. What you didn’t acknowledge was that the AB2 interval has the smallest average thickness within the AB seam (2.13m). The AB1 interval at 6.76m has the thickest average seam and one of the lowest raw ash results (23.4%). I don’t think you are correct to classify the AB seam as low quality just because of high ash results in one particular interval.
