At the end of the day nobody will know unless something public is released, but as you have said there aren't many people who have 12 million shares to trade, so that does definitely narrow things down.

Here’s more info from that site (and that date ie last September) ;

Not so much action from big players today with volume ~280,000 and most of the 94 trades seem to be bots playing some desultory badminton?

The big question for me and probably a whole lot of others is will the price continue to atrophy without news (and if so where will it stop) or will buyers continue to stabilise and hold the 39c level?
