You are thinking back to front, going by PLS recent Qtr report and sales , LTR will be a pay off period under 1yr , LTR don't hold any debt, fully funded,and not slaved too pay debt like others , and yes they might do a smaller CR about $50m imo when the time comes or unless T/over ,JV in between !
