    The last quarterly only pointed to a funding agreement with debt-finance and offtake agreement
    This TVI group doesnt need to borrow funds for Mabilo
    So what gives?
    These guys just buy assets and develop them on their own
    No clue how that fits into RTG's plans moving forward
