The question is, how long does it typically take to recruit a new CEO?
A consistent answer from my research is that the process is likely to take between 4 and 8 months.
After all, finding the right CEO for an ASX 200-listed company requires a somewhat more rigorous approach than hiring a new casual at your local coffee shop.
