Not only this, buying into the placement injected more cash into EXM's purse for completing drilling works - If the directors had bought on the market all they would be doing is injecting cash into someone else's purse.
Issuing shares at a discount isn't exactly uncommon, MEO has just done it out of the blue too at a price that was 20% below the market rate.
