Not 100% sure, but is this announcement to read in the following manner:
1) Total shares issued is 1.450.000
This comprises of upfront shares for:
- Lauren Frazer: 250.000
- Gerry Zhao: 500.000
2) The rest of the 700.000 shares are then dependent upon performance listed in the document?
Is this correct?
