I politely disagree, having been witness to marketing semantics for some time. I believe it would be accurate to assume they're targeting 2,000 ktpa, but none of AGY's releases state that all of their product will be battery grade. The poster that I was replying to outright stated "all 2000 tonnes battery grade". The point is that the release doesn't say that, and no lithium brine operation that I'm aware of produces 100% battery grade, including the mature operations of SQM, Livent, Albermarle, Allkem and the like.
I'm cool with people making assumptions (positive or negative), it just irks me when people state their assumptions as fact, particularly when we can read the release and see that it clearly doesn't say that.
