of course that happens. I’d argue it’s more so friendships than male vs female. I’ve seen many a female hired/promoted over a male because of quotas despite the male being a far more experienced and better candidate - that’s in the name of woke. It’ll never be perfect. My view has always been the best person for the job, regardless of race, gender or whatever. Race, gender or sexuality (wokies love this) have absolutely no impact on ability. I only want ability from my staff. The best ability.
That wasn’t my point - male vs female in my previous post. More so bs agendas and decisions occurring which are not in the best financial interest of shareholders. Which is the very fiduciary duty of directors. Management doesn’t apply here, this is directors. It’s toxic.
