    Why do you think AT1 is not already trying its best to lock in orders for all of its 10m prof test available stock?

    The article you are incorrectly comparing with is about a self-test supplier, Motion One and its imported Orwell self-test, which seems to be in hot demand for gov supply.

    AT1 is still pending its self-test version approval, so cannot compete/supply the other 10m stock in self-test markets yet.
