Ross really does need to explain where things are at. I think he's trying to be too clever with his communications approach here. If there needs to be an extended delay in the settlement process and/or the Company didn't achieve all of its ambit claims, fully disclose that. The market will absorb the information and move on. This ambiguity and confusion is simply toxic for investor sentiment.
