As bullish as I am on LTR's prospects, when it concerns mining, never assume a simple or straightforward path to production. Investing in mining has taught me to assume problems and delays with plants as invariably, there are hiccups going from exploration to construction to a producing site, it's never a straightforward process.
As for the low uptake from retail investors, I don't believe it's anything more than unfortunate timing with the share price, by and large, sitting below the purchase plan offer price. Why would anyone pay more for something on issue when you can buy it for less on the market?
