The SP has a number of factors working against it.
a) Management destroyed trust by over-ramping and not delivering anticipated resource (more fool to those who believed the promoters).
b) Proposals by new Chilean government to get increased revenue from miners have spooked companies operating in Chile (compare HCH, for example).
c) Local litigation, as referred to by GT55. Things like this always sit like a cloud over the SP for small companies.
e) General nervousness in markets, as shown by the increased VIX despite the POG holding up well.

The SP is so low for so long that even the noisiest rampers have lost interest.
Only prospect for a decent lift in SP is to produce a SS showing decent NPV. Of course, getting some good figures in the promised MRE soon will help.
