They're distributing dev kits for testing purposes, like in those Merc cards that are still in the concept stage. It's not commercialised yet.
You can throw the term "billions" around all you want, but it won't make it happen until the patent becomes worth "billions". It's an idea with a proof of concept progressed far enough for more applied testing. It COULD be, or it could NOT be. Time will be the judge of that.
That's the problem with boomers and tech stocks. You need to see the forest from the trees.
