You mean Mercedes saying they worked with one party, means they definitely haven't worked with another party?
They can't be working with both at the same time?
How do you know Mercedes, wasn't already a customer of MegaChips?
Do you think MegaChips, signed a 4 year IP agreement, for a 2 million dollar licence fee, without already having customers lined up?
Did they just think..
"Yeah this looks promising, we'll pay 2M licence fee, for 4 years use and see if we can sell it"??
