Ok, that tweet explains why we won't see any further "director's change" anns, they are blocked out until the half yearly is released some time in February.
Digby thought after releasing the quarterly he was allowed to buy, wasn't aware of the HY black out period.
I agree, shouldn't happen. But I feel some posters here are more focusing on " Just 50k shares " than actually on the mistake made.
Unfortunately that gives again plenty of ammunition for the Naysayers, the whole weekend now we have to cope with their comments.
