They do in the management side also the camps employ alot more older staff than the sites do. But that's not the problem it's the remoteness, there is alot of camps from a handful of workers to the largest I've seen at 12500 workers on top of this is the Aboriginal communities, all thousands of kilometres from hospitals with only Royal Flying Doctors to transport the ill. Once this spreads this won't just be a WA problem the whole of Australia will feel the effects.
