The question is did Aspermont Limited use information about EXM that is not known by regular shareholders.
If so what is that information, did they get the information from Andrew Kent.
If not then why would they sell what we are told by the directors is heading in the right direction
Directors should be made to tell the market why they are selling shares both direct and indirect holdings
