I do not believe that Mr. stokes will hand back the TV license for the following reason
He believe in making SWM stronger by saveing cash (not paying dividends to SH) and use it on M&A.
He took over PRT
His next move may be merge with SXL
I am very happpy the way Mr. stokes guiding a SWM to a very good company.
