Dont feel like you have to vote straigh away, you can take this all the way up to the day before the meeting to decide if you like.
I'm currently in a wait and see approach at this stage, although if no announcement arrives between now and the meeting, i'll be voting no to res 3.
Also dependant on whats in the announcement, if 1 is released that is.
