USA has a lower corporate tax rate. Canada is no USA.
those US tech companies can also tap into 300m population workforce with world leading universities. We have 25m people and a poor university system compared to global or USA.
Add in favourable offshore structuring for US tech IP, Goodluck australia. We won’t ever compete.
I cannot reiterate this. YOU DO NOT setup a tech company here for tax alone.
