New Directors want to gift themselves millions of free shares, each entitled to a vote per share to feed the snouts in the trough. Vote NO! NO! NO! Their intention is to harvest cash from FEX, after which they will resign and leave the company to collapse. Private investors can stop this, but you must, must vote No! No! No! You can vote online now. Do it! FEX was emerging as a gem in the ASX. These corporate raiders will destroy it.
