so basically all board members can't vote on resolution 2 and 3 but Rob and Garry can vote for resolution 1. hope R & G know what to do for resolution 1.
Constitution talk about election requirements and I think JW needs to stand for election in next AGM while other existing director needs to stand for election every 3 year.
