I do beleave that the management is handling the company well at the moment.

1.) they have created a positive cash flow with the SPP
2.) They have enough money to fund the mining process for Q4 2010
3.) They have sucessfully completed (most of) the infill drilling and have discovered a.) more reserves than expected b.) further promising leads

4.) Yesterdays aquisation announcement adds further value to the medium term.

Yes, It will take another 9-12 monthe before EXM becomes a producer. One step at the time.

For EXMO, your guess is as good as mine. I do not hold any EXMO but keep my fingers crossed. Secondly, why would the company release the EXMO in the beginning if they do not see the chanche of becoming ordinary shares?
