The COO is definitely in WA. Not sure about Ash, she was lighting up the NASDAQ not too long ago and wouldn’t have been allowed into WA since then. There’s really no difference overseeing the show, whether you are in Texas or Perth.
I don’t know why Ash wasn’t already a director of the listed entity, as she has been in charge of the Australia vehicle since Black Mountain first acquired Valhalla until not long before they listed, then was mysteriously named as a “Senior Advisor” and she was always a director of the parent. Sounds like this was always the plan, as Rhett has much more on his plate - mind you, so does Ash with BM Carbon Lock and other directorships.
