Here are my revised numbers as per the latest report. Sorry it's taken me this long to adjust everything.
FMG is now officially fair value to expensive IMO. Will need the IO price to remain elevated to justify current levels. I would also expect FFI will be a lot more than currently projected so will need to pull back the payout ratio probably in the range to 60-70%. If we work with 70% this is what I get for the full year:
