Lab - it’s an upgrade, but not whatsoever ostentatious.
It’s just a more respectable address from which to conduct their (possibly global) business, with head office based in the capital city of the most successful Australian mining jurisdiction.
Perth is a very, very wealthy, shiny city. You have to see it to believe it. Huge money - makes Sydney look shabby.
