This is all very interesting.

The Takeovers Panel Order that interests me the most, is the one that  " ... requires Bullseye Director's acceptances of the Emerald offer (for their shares) to be cancelled if a superior offer is submitted ... ".
However, in my opinion, the judging of a superior offer can be somewhat subjective at times.

And the other one that says " ... Emerald cannot (effectively) nominate directors to the Bullseye board ... ".
