The whole cheap shares = better argument for directors and people like CI holds no sway when you look at how large our market cap has grown with the issue of endless of cheap shares.
2021 was the year for drilling and reporting in the lead up to an resource upgrade. CE went from promising results every 3-4 weeks to every 3-4 months and a pushed back resource upgrade into the next year.
Wasn't really an intelligent time to raise huge amounts of cash on the back of bugger all news and expect the market to react positively.
