From my analysis, RED's trading volume which has already topped 20.6 million with 30 minutes to trade today, and is the highest daily volume in RED 5 or GNR (Greenstone, its former name prior to 2002) history.
With 30 minutes to go its not a bad performance by RED, when you consider ASX All Ords down around 1.4% (67 odd points), gold price relatively flat (if you can call US$1,143/oz flat!), cf RED up 3 cents (22.2%).
If the technical traders want volume and in concert with a rising share price then I guess today RED meets the criteria. Maybe that means a lot for the opening on monday...?
