Agree James, yet what we derive from the facts is our own personal views and should be allowed in this Aussie forum...
I disagree with condeming Dykes for one night of over drinking, as it is not his pattern of behaviour and I would only take note of it only if it became a pattern of behaviour. It has no bearing on whether he is a capable and honest CFO. Yet other history of exaggerating the facts or misleading statements are common knowledge with current and past Directors. This is fact.
If they do not know who owns TPID then they have not done any due diligence on a company whom they give serious credit. This is not on and of course I believe they know the players on the other team.
As an investor this looks like another case of lack of transparency and it is IMO. Which is freedom of speech. Cheers
