Assay results received from the first 20 holes in the Flanagan Bore drill program have
delivered some of the thickest manganese intervals ever recorded from LR1 and include
the following significant results:
o 40m @ 13.4% Mn from surface including (FBRC018)
▪ 11m @ 20.4% Mn from 10m
o 47m @ 10.6% Mn from 10m including (FBRC001)
▪ 10m @ 14.5% Mn from 13m
o 26m @ 12.6% Mn from surface (FBRC016)
o 12m @ 16.1% Mn from 18m (FBRC015)
o 31m @ 11.2% Mn from surface (FBRC019)

The successful drill program at LR1 paves the way for a mineral resource update at LR1,
expanding on the current Inferred Mineral Resource estimate of 15Mt @ 11.3% Mn

Scoping Study activities continue with the commencement of metallurgical testwork on
diamond drill core from LR1 and the engagement of key consultants

Black Canyon’s Executive Director, Brendan Cummins, said “The assay results received from the
initial drill holes at LR1 have exceeded our expectations. The outcropping, thick and continuous zones of
manganese enriched shale containing shallow high-grade intervals has provided further confidence that
Flanagan Bore has the potential to deliver an economic project.
