    Over many months I posted many facts, carefully wording them so as never to convey anything defamatory. The downside of this is that without tentatively drawing conclusions, as Ousia has done, then posters did not seem to understand the significance of what was being posted.

    Since I first started posting negatively on this stock, the company has produced a string of negative "surprises" and very few positives (the "pipeline" release? reversal of options package?).

    * MOU with Vietnam abandoned
    * Malaysia contract halted
    * "Profit" largely tied up in receivables
    * Late payment from China
    * Non-final patent rejection from USPTO
    * Sudden departure of Chairman and sale of his stock

    In general, I would think that any posters I may have encouraged to sell would be better off today than had they continued to hold. In the case of Ousia, who changed his opinion close to the price peak, most would have gained by selling on his advice. That alone deserves some respect.

    Yes, negative postings are not always correct when they involve speculation. I'm sure there are far more positive posts based on speculation than negative ones. However, forums serve their purpose best by debate - pooled information becomes nearer the truth - in the same way as the market itself is a pooled judgement on the value of a stock. Carefully couched comments may be safer, but sometimes it pays to try joining the dots a few different ways to see what the picture looks like.
