These things do take time, these KOLs have likely used the product the last few months/year and are hopefully analysing the results. Which likely means ensuring that the rates of healthy conception aren't inferior to the standard methods.

This likely takes time. Partnering with KOLs in countries with low regulations seems like a pretty good business decision.

But you're right, I do worry we don't have enough people on board experienced with growing a multinational biotech company and pushing sales aggressively.

This is the next step. Hopefully management is smart enough to bring some heavy hitters on board.
