Why do holders keep on blaming management? You think if google's management replaced the current board appen will turn around? The business model is in structural decline, you have only yourself to blame for continuing to hold a sweatshop and not looking into what's driving appen's business model. Management is incompetent but they aren't the main cause. The fault is with the shareholder who invests in a sweatshop, which is known from the very beginning to be eventually out of business once automated methods take over in years time (myself included previously, but eventually I came to this realization and swallowed the giant loss, unlike the current diehard holders).

There is value in the business and it won't drop to $0, but the intrinsic is far far below the current price.
