Smartdude...I asked a direct question on this at the AGM as there was no comment in public adresses. It was stated that the TOL issue was covered in the Annual Report and that virtually any matters of relevance could not be commented on due to the legal action. Save for a comment by the Chairman about the fact that the rig had been further leased out to Conoco Phillips which it was implied left Sedco without material loss, nothing else was revealed.
