They have been bought by another entity after the recent vote so you are getting money for your shares. Your number of shares x $8.75 each will be paid to your bank account in March (10th I think?). You will get your loot, they will disappear from any portfolio listing of them you have, you can reinvest the money elsewhere in another share or do whatever you prefer. The company is then essentially owned by others in a private capacity.
