I think WHC is forced into a corner with the report outcomes. If they choose to hold out on investors yet again with a reward then even more will go away and this isn't a good thing when financing for coal mines is becoming tight as it may hamper a future cap raise if required. It would be a smart move to hold off some debt if required and reward shareholders, drive up the SP in case a cap raise is ever required.
