Great metrics, IMO as I've used pretty much every platform. SelfWealth is great however there's really a lot of room for improvement which I think mainly falls on the IT department. The security of having your own HIN and being able to trade on a platform owned by a public listed company is enough for me to wager the price difference between (Superhero & Stake), not discrediting the competitors in anyway.

I believe SWF should be focusing on (in specific order):

* Improvements to their interface, usability and apps (this is something that will need to be consistently worked on)
* Added stream of funds from different sources which are either instant or near-enough.
* Crypto trading (in the works already)
* Marketing incentives (referrals, trade volume discounts, weekly emails with interviews, trends, what's hot etc)

Focus on a more community based system where users can also interact with one-another in some form. Selfwealth really has an advantage to shine upon the rest here with the already built system which allows users to analyze the performance of other members.

However the lack of updates/slow progression due for whatever reason is a little concerning - specifically with the interface/apps. This is the most widely criticized aspect of SWF from every corner. I hope Cath proves me wrong here and this isn't anything directed at her leadership skills, however this should have been addressed or at-least given users an indication that a UI overhaul/app overhaul is incoming.

My other concern is, if the app/UI is being overhauled - have they managed to do the correct due diligence and hire the right developers to perform the job? I've worked in development for over 10 years and I can comfortably say that you'll definitely be laying out big funds for a company (most likely multiple) to develop a clean, friendly and above grade UI/app that works flawlessly. So Cath, your investors are keenly waiting to see what progression has been happening over the last few months along with what the future holds for this 'gem'.
