In the binding terms there is reference made to phase 1, phase 2, phase 3.
Our of nowhere, Roly starts making reference to FEL 1, FEL 2 without any clear pathway forward.
Where the phases fit in with the FEL's we can't be sure but I hope we move to phase 2 sooner rather than later.
Lets hope we can get an update to the market around this ASAP.
