While one can't defend Mr Joyce for everything he's said as on multiple occasions he's been wrong, 'their ABC' (as usual) presents cherrypicked 'analysis' to buttress alarmist arguments.
There's plenty of international research on the huge costs of lockdowns, including indirect costs, and how ineffective they are.
For instance, look at the huge cost to Victorians in not having elective surgery because the Dictator has banned it. In time, this will inevitably mean more "early" deaths from cancers and other causes. That's what specialists suggest, not me.
But it doesn't suit the Marxists at the ABC to acknowledge this.
