    I agree that something is in the offing here.

    Not often do you have trading halt co-inciding with AGM.

    Those attending the AGM should bring 2 bags with them -

    1. rotten tomatoes to throw if bad news is announced,
    2. bag fulls of cash to participate in SPP if news is good.
