Good eyes mate - or maybe bad eyes on my part- I missed that nuance.
That changes things quite a bit as they will need to work harder to get shareholder approval which is great from a share price perspective.
My concern is that we may need the money to get tavr over the line. Would be way better if we could get there ourselves pre takeover.
Need a second interested party.
