HA..To basic new investors this was an announcement To iCandy and traders loathe to look any further as its too complicated. The profit and loss, turnovers etcetera are on the Balance sheets of ICI. FFG as part of their portfolio owns 187m shares that are own0ershio of asserts not balance sheet items to date but cash assets that in reality could cash in at any time as a seed to exit policy if they desired..but why do do that when we have an appreciating cashable asset that as the future sees. It is going to increase in value more . So we sit on them and get richer some time on with our other enterprises,. FFG have up to 40 companies to hold and iCandy is just part of our holdings, We have just set up and launched a BNPL operation which is bankable now plus many other setups ready to go into operation some time soon.

FFG has operations, partnerships and subsidiaries at various stages of development for seed to growth or seed too exit. The normal shareholder if they can’t see balance sheets or growth performance clearly shrugs their shoulders , trades the dips and rises and takes off. You might have to be a Rhodes Scholar to work it out but it really is quite simple, cash assets vs balance sheets. The balance sheet saga is being addressed slowly now and longer term FFG holders can see a large value share down the track when the fog lifts in the minds of traders if they care. - but there you have it.

In the final analysis at present adding all the bits and pieces FFg owns with entities almost a third of iCandy shares. For argument’s sake say 3o% of ICI shares.
