rivanda - I can add a bit to wllmtrish's post. Was a change to the constitution (as said) - adopted by special resolution on nov 23rd 2006. strange thing is when I looked at this clause in the constitution (clause 23 - re proportional takeover bid) I see that it ceases to have effect after 3 years. hmmm coming up this month before the agm. anyone ?
