So what would happen is all of the current shares of Anteris would start trading on the Nasdaq as MSAC, which is a blank check SPAC - a company whose only business is looking for other businesses to take public or uplist (an uplisting to the NASDAQ is very much like an IPO even if it's done organically, especially for a foreign company). I'm not sure the chances of a dual listing. I'm sure you all know more about that as I am in the US.

There will be at least $50 million US worth of dilution, which would be around 4 million shares at the current price of $12.6 US. There could be more but we probably aren't talking about massive dilution.

Then, after a period of what's usually months, the SPAC deal would be complete and the company ticker would change to a new one representing Anteris, maybe AVR on the Nasdaq,

Sorry for the multiple posts but I'm reacting in real time.
