    Would it be possible for one or two shopping center property sales to be made as a special offer directly to cnp/cer share holders .

    The management can still be run by cnp/cer but the actual property could be owned by paticepating share holders .

    I think this would show consideration to all cnp/cer share holders .

    Rather than sell to the open market .

    Any thoughts ?????????
